Baltimore resident and assisted dwelling facility worker Maurquise Emillo James, 22, was charged with first-degree homicide within the demise of lawyer Robert Fuller Jr. James can be suspected of taking pictures at a state trooper throughout a site visitors cease within the metropolis early Tuesday morning.
