Harvey will broaden authorized AI presence with new Chicago workplace

Harvey AI, which designs AI instruments for regulation corporations and in-house authorized groups, introduced Thursday that it’ll open a brand new workplace in Chicago to be nearer to its shoppers. The workplace is ready to open in July.
“No single business represents greater than 13% of Chicago’s GDP, and its authorized market displays that variety,” stated John Haddock, the chief enterprise officer at Harvey, in an April 30 news release. “Being in Chicago permits us to work extra carefully with the authorized groups on the coronary heart of this world enterprise hub.”
The brand new workplace will construct on Harvey’s rising presence in Chicago, the place the corporate works with corporations DLA Piper; Dentons US; Hinshaw & Culbertson; Mayer Brown; Winston & Strawn; Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres; Gould Ratner; and Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila, in accordance with the press launch.
Harvey additionally works with in-house authorized groups at Chicago-based Avant, CCC Clever Options and DRW and partners with iManage, a doc and e-mail administration software program supplier with headquarters in Chicago.
Harvey has already made different investments in Chicago. In fall 2025, the corporate introduced that it will collaborate with the College of Chicago Legislation College as a part of its regulation college alliance program.
And in March, Harvey introduced a multiyear partnership with the Chicago Cubs, which named the corporate its official authorized AI platform.
