An rising variety of boutique and midsize legislation corporations are matching or surpassing BigLaw affiliate pay and even providing bonuses to their associates this summer time.
The affiliate wage scale set by Milbank is $235,000 for the category of 2025/2026, based on a story by Law.com.
Milbank first introduced the brand new affiliate wage scale earlier this month.
Groombridge, Wu, Baughman & Stone—with places of work in New York Metropolis and Washington, D.C.—has mentioned it’ll exceed Milbank’s 2026 affiliate wage raises, whereas Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes—with places of work in New York Metropolis and San Francisco—and Dunn Isaacson Rhee—with places of work in San Francisco, New York Metropolis and Washington, D.C., are matching Milbank’s 2026 affiliate wage raises.
Dunn Isaacson Rhee and Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider—which each have places of work in New York Metropolis; San Francisco; Washington, D.C.; and Hartford, Connecticut—have additionally introduced bonuses for associates.
