Suspended Kentucky legislation professor seeks to dam appointment of incoming dean

A suspended professor on the College of Kentucky Faculty of Legislation has filed a federal lawsuit to cease the incoming legislation faculty’s dean from taking workplace.
The Kentucky Lantern reported that Professor Ramsi Woodcock had filed swimsuit with the U.S. District Court docket of the Japanese District of Kentucky, alleging that incoming dean Gregory Van Tatenhove, a retiring decide with that very same federal district, was unqualified and unacceptable to members of the college. In his criticism, Woodcock cited Kentucky governor Andy Beshear’s public criticism of Van Tatenhove and the college’s hiring and screening course of, in addition to emails and statements from faculty officers questioning his credentials and whether or not they may jeopardize the college’s accreditation standing with the council of the ABA Part of Authorized Schooling and Admissions.
