Federal choose fines lawyer for AI errors in taco biz beef

Miller represents Tacobarn entities which can be accused of infringing the trademark of Bartaco eating places, a sequence of about 31 Latin-inspired places. The grievance stated a former Bartaco government opened companies with a “near-identical title for similar providers,” however Tacobarn contended in its dismissal movement that the plaintiff is making an attempt to assert possession of generic ideas, in line with Law360.
